DELIVERY

In France :

DPD delivery: 9,99 euros - Time : 2 to 3 days.

In Portugal and Spain:

TIPSA delivery: 12 euros - Time : 24/48 hours for orders placed before 11am.

In Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Poland:

DPD Delivery: 15 euros - Time: 3 to 6 days.

In Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Rep. Czech, Sweden:

DPD Delivery: 20 euros - Time: 4 to 6 days.

In Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta:

DPD Delivery : 25 euros - Time: 5 to 8 days.

RETURN

If your item does not suit you you have 15 days to return it intact and in its original packaging.

In the event of a claim (based on defects / non-conformities noted after the 15-day period mentioned above), and if accepted, MALOKA will reimburse the value of the items by the same method of payment as the one for which the purchase was made.
The order is considered accepted if, after receipt of the order/products, the Customer does not return the order or does not communicate to MALOKA his non-compliance with the products or, simply, his intention to terminate the contract in the 15 days after receipt.

The refund will be made within one week of receiving the returned product.

Here's how to make a return:

Access your order history from your account.
Select the order containing the product you want to return.
Select the product you want to return.
Add the explanation of the return and wait for our confirmation.
After receiving the confirmation, print the return slip form on your account «Merchandise returns» and await receiving the shipping label by email.
Drop off the package at a DPD pick-up point
